Refund & cancellation

Digital goods

ZeroFans sells one-time digital access from a prepaid balance: a per-project map unlock, a live-thread search, and a Reddit account check. Because access and AI generation are delivered immediately, a purchase is generally final once the feature it paid for has been delivered.

Unused balance

If you topped up and have not spent the credit, you can ask for the unused part back within 14 days of the payment and we will return it to the original payment method through our provider. Credit that has already been spent on a delivered feature is not refundable, and balance cannot be paid out as cash in any other case.

When we refund

• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• The feature you paid for did not unlock and we could not fix it.
• A paid Reddit lookup returned nothing because our provider failed (these are normally refunded to your balance automatically).
• You were charged in error / for something you did not buy.

Requests within 14 days of purchase, where the purchased feature was not meaningfully used, are reviewed case by case and usually approved.

Cancellation

Map unlocks are one-time purchases — there is no recurring subscription and nothing to cancel.

Email 1awqfes@gmail.com or reach us on Telegram with your purchase details. We respond within a few business days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method via our payment provider.
