Terms of Service
1. What ZeroFans is
ZeroFans analyzes a product URL you submit and returns a ranked map of online communities where you might launch it, along with each community's public rules, posting guidance, suggested timing, and optional AI-generated post drafts. ZeroFans is an information and drafting tool only.
2. No automated posting
ZeroFans never posts on your behalf. Every submission to any third-party community is performed manually by you. You are solely responsible for complying with each community's rules and terms when you post.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use ZeroFans for spam, harassment, or illegal content.
- Do not submit URLs or content you don't have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape, or abuse the API.
- One account per person; don't resell access.
4. Accounts
You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms; a blocked account keeps read access but cannot run analyses, unlock maps or top up.
You must be at least 16 to use ZeroFans and able to enter a binding agreement. If you are under 18, only make purchases with the consent of a parent or guardian.
5. Payments, balance & limits
Analyzing a product and seeing the top matches is free. Paid features are bought from a prepaid balance held on your account: unlocking one map costs $2, a live-thread search $0.50, and a Reddit account check $0.10. There is no subscription — every charge is one-off and shown before you confirm it.
You top the balance up through our payment provider, Platega (platega.io), whose checkout is charged in roubles at the rate shown before payment; by paying you also accept their terms. The balance is prepaid credit for use on this site only: it is not money, cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn as cash, and does not expire while your account exists. Limits apply per account (currently 2 maps at a time, a daily analysis cap and a daily cap on paid Reddit lookups). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. AI-generated content
Draft posts are generated by AI as a starting point and may be inaccurate or generic. You must review and adapt them before posting. Community rules can change; verify them yourself before relying on our data.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. ZeroFans is not responsible for the outcome of any post you make, for bans or removals by third-party communities, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Questions: contact us.
